Our maple sugar and sprinkles are made from one simple ingredient, our pure VT maple syrup. We bring our syrup to a boil and then stir continuously until all the steam is removed. Granulated sugar begins to form and we sift it to make both sugar and sprinkles at the same time. Maple sugar can be used in place of white or brown sugar and adds a subtle maple flavor to baked goods. Both our sugar and sprinkles can be added to your morning smoothie or coffee and are delicious in yogurt or on oatmeal. Best of all, sprinkles are simply irresistible on vanilla ice cream!
